About the job Sales Executive

Job summary: 

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence by managing and developing relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers and distributor. This role requires strong communication, negotiation and customer management skills, with a deep understanding of the fresh produce or agriculture supply industry.


Key responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fresh produce hypermarket / supermarket / retail chain / wholesalers / FMCG / food production sectors.

- Manage and maintain relationship with existing clients (supermarkets, retailers, distributor, hotels, restaurant, etc)

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and supply agreements.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitors activities to identify growth

opportunities.

- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

- Represent the company in exhibitors, trade events and client meetings.

- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

- Requires frequent travel across Malaysia to meet clients, visit markets and

explore new business opportunities.


Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in fresh produce, agriculture or FMCG industry.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.

- Willing to travel frequently around Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore)

- Able to read and communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English.

- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
