  3. Fraud Monitoring: Monitor orders to detect potential fraud and take appropriate action.
  4. Promotions and Customer Engagement: Process promotional offers, encourage customer reviews, and remove negative feedback to maintain brand reputation.
  5. Social Media and Brand Monitoring: Post engaging content on social media, monitor brand mentions on relevant websites, and address unauthorized sellers.
  6. Rebates and Influencer Outreach: Handle rebates, promotions, and outreach to influencers to support brand visibility.
  7. Project Management: Assist in project management activities related to e-commerce marketing campaigns and customer support tasks.

Qualifications:
