- Refund and Review Management: Manage refund processes, communicate courteously with customers, and address negative reviews with courtesy refunds when necessary.
- Fraud Monitoring: Monitor orders to detect potential fraud and take appropriate action.
- Promotions and Customer Engagement: Process promotional offers, encourage customer reviews, and remove negative feedback to maintain brand reputation.
- Social Media and Brand Monitoring: Post engaging content on social media, monitor brand mentions on relevant websites, and address unauthorized sellers.
- Rebates and Influencer Outreach: Handle rebates, promotions, and outreach to influencers to support brand visibility.
- Project Management: Assist in project management activities related to e-commerce marketing campaigns and customer support tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and online brand management.
