About the Role:

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures that align with business objectives. This role is focused purely on architecture design, solution planning, and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction on cloud adoption, integration, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architecture that supports scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Define architecture blueprints, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Establish governance, cost optimization, monitoring, and backup strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership in architecture design reviews, incident response, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for cloud usage, resource tagging, and environment management.
  • Integrate cloud-native services (containers, messaging, caching, serverless, etc.) into existing platforms.
  • Stay current with new cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or DevOps engineering.
  • Strong experience with AWS
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of networking, IAM, security groups, and VPC design.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
  • Hands-on with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with microservices, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
