Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Work Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

With offices across several regions, we provide comprehensive legal services and thoughtful, strategic counsel to our clients. Our team serves as advocates, advisors, and partners — helping clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys across a broad range of matters, including general litigation and ERISA-related work. You'll play a key role in case strategy, document management, and trial preparation, helping ensure efficient, effective case execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and third parties to gather information and documentation
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis and PACER
- Assist attorneys with case strategy by applying relevant legal concepts
- Perform cite-checking and Shepardizing
- Organize case files and manage timelines for key litigation events
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Assist with federal and state court filings and administrative matters
- Manage and review documents produced during discovery
- Coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests
- Support trial, arbitration, and deposition preparation, including exhibits
- Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors (e.g., process servers)
- Maintain calendars and track deadlines
- Utilize litigation support and document management software
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in a related practice area
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with document execution and PDF editing tools
Nice to Have:
- Notary certification
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Familiarity with billing/timekeeping software
- Experience with litigation support tools (e.g., CaseMap, TrialDirector)
- Federal court experience
- Experience with billable hour requirements
- Exposure to ERISA, employment law, or complex commercial litigation

Schedule & Environment Full-time, onsite position, Monday–Friday, in a professional office environment with standard technology and equipment. Occasional extended hours may be required based on workload.
