LOCATION: REMOTE or HYBRID (Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL. area)

A respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Coverage and Bad Faith practice group. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
- Conduct legal research and draft coverage opinions.
- Handle Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
- Draft and litigate declaratory judgment actions.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and pre-suit matters including settlement negotiations.
- Manage multiple claims and maintain organized case files.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in Florida and/or Georgia.
- 3+ years of litigation experience required.
- Ability to commute to the firms office in Jacksonville for occasional onsite meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must meet the firms billing expectations.
