Position Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive new business growth within North America, carrying your own sales quota and delivering digital banking transformation solutions to new clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base while also identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on net-new customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, sales leaders, and technology decision-makers within the financial services sector.
  • Manage and close large enterprise software agreements ($1M+ ARR).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding financial institutions on their digital banking strategies and transformation journeys.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases for investment in the companys digital banking solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Forecast and manage a pipeline of opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise software sales role.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong ability to map business objectives to client needs and drive value-based selling.
  • A consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
