Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and determine the costs of business activities, including raw materials, inventory, and labor.
• Evaluate the impact of changes in product design, materials, or manufacturing methods on costs.
• Compare actual manufacturing costs to standard costs and prepare detailed variance reports.
• Monitor cost data to support budget preparation and expenditure control.
• Provide cost estimates for new or proposed products and services.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems.
• Collaborate with management to generate reports on pricing, profitability, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in cost analysis, financial reporting, and audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
