Responsibilities:
- Own and drive sales opportunities within the Americas sales team, targeting new business in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas, leveraging the company's industry-leading fintech solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding them in their digital transformation journey.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing large software agreements ($1M+ ARR).
- Forecast and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment with company growth objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.
- Report directly to the Regional VP of Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 5+ years selling to Wealth Managers and Private Banks, with an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics.
- Strong network and industry connections within Wealth Management and Private Banking.
- Ability to craft tailored digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating large enterprise software deals.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
