Role Overview:
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and installations for my client. This position demands a strong background in large commercial electrical projects, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide input on the BIM process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in project planning and execution.
  • Oversee the installation of complex electrical systems, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
  • Lead teams on large-scale commercial projects, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing technical expertise and solutions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role within the electrical construction industry.
  • Extensive experience in large commercial electrical projects, with a portfolio of projects valued at approximately $5M or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of the electric company domain and its operational requirements.
  • Proficiency in BIM software and processes, with the ability to guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
