Business Development Intern

 Job Description:

This is a full-time Business Development Intern role. As an Intern, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to promote growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work taking place in our office in Islamabad but with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth and Opportunity Identification: Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, pursue new business opportunities, and manage business cases.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and feedback.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, identify new clients and opportunities, and provide regular reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive overall company growth.
Lead Generation and Deal Closure: Generate leads through various channels, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Engage in client meetings and presentations, manage sales pipelines, and communicate effectively with clients.

- Technical and Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical and proposal writing.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Freelance Platform Experience: Experience in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, identifying potential business opportunities, and understanding sales flow and processes.
- Proficiency in Tools and Collaboration: Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite, with strong collaboration, management, and planning skills.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the software industry and market trends.
