We are seeking a commercially driven and industry-experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our market presence and drive revenue growth across high-value construction projects.
Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will drive business growth by engaging contractors, building engineers, architects, developers, and procurement decision-makers within the construction sector. This role requires strong industry networks, independent field execution, structured reporting, and the ability to close high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Build and manage strategic relationships with:

Project Managers

Real Estate Developers

Procurement & Commercial Managers

Promote and sell:

Premium waterproofing materials
-
Luxury kitchen faucets

High-end bathroom fittings

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings.

Position company products at early project planning stages.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Close high-value and bulk supply transactions.

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning

Track industry developments and competitor activities.

Identify upcoming construction projects and bidding opportunities.

Provide actionable market feedback to management.

Contribute to pricing and product positioning strategies.
Reporting & Performance Accountability

Submit structured daily sales and activity reports.
-
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up records.

Provide weekly performance updates during in-office strategy meetings.

Maintain CRM records and customer documentation.

Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship continuity.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) – Victoria Island Office

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years proven sales experience in:

Construction

Building materials
-
Architectural finishing products
-
Engineering supplies

B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline (Required).

Strong existing professional network within Nigerias construction ecosystem.

Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong communication and relationship management abilities.

High level of self-motivation and independence.

Strong reporting discipline and CRM proficiency.

Compensation Structure
Total Monthly Package: ₦200,000 – ₦320,000+ (Performance-Based)
Breakdown:

Basic Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦160,000

Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000 – ₦40,000
