Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our expanding team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering innovative connectivity and ICT solutions tailored to client needs. This position requires a strategic, consultative sales professional with a strong technical understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions and a proven record of meeting sales targets within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across diverse industries.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive pipeline development and client engagement.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored connectivity solutions.

  • Deliver high-impact product presentations and solution demonstrations to key stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in enterprise/B2B sales, ideally within connectivity, ICT, or telecommunications.

  • Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level decision-makers.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
