Salary Range: 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and brand-focused Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Executive to lead our hospitals marketing, public relations, and digital engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the hospitals visibility, driving online engagement, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The role combines digital strategy, creative content management, and internal communication coordination within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospitals brand presence.

  • Manage and optimize digital platforms website, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

  • Plan, design, and deliver engaging content for digital campaigns and health awareness initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials.

  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance and refine strategies.

2. Content Creation & Media Management

  • Create high-quality and informative content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and press materials.

  • Oversee photography, videography, and creative production for marketing activities.

  • Maintain and update the hospitals website and digital channels regularly.

  • Manage the hospitals online reputation, responding promptly to public inquiries and feedback.

3. Public Relations & Media Engagement

  • Serve as the main liaison between the hospital and media outlets, journalists, and PR partners.

  • Draft press releases, coordinate interviews, and manage press coverage for hospital events and initiatives.

  • Monitor public perception and ensure the hospital maintains a positive brand image.

4. Internal Communications & Corporate Events

  • Coordinate internal communication tools such as newsletters, announcements, and staff updates.

  • Foster effective communication between management and employees.

  • Plan and promote hospital events, CSR projects, and outreach programs.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Track and report key marketing and communication metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).

  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide content and strategy development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 20% increase in social media engagement within 3 months.

  • 10% growth in followers per quarter.

  • At least 4 blog or health-related posts monthly.

  • Minimum of 1 media feature or interview per quarter.

  • 90% positive public sentiment in media and online perception.

  • Consistent monthly communication reports with data-backed recommendations.

  • 80% staff satisfaction rate in internal communications (bi-annual survey).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 35 years experience in digital marketing or brand communications (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries).

  • Professional certifications (CIM, NIMN, or Digital Marketing Institute) are an added advantage.

Technical & Core Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools.

  • Strong copywriting, social media, and storytelling abilities.

  • Excellent brand strategy and reputation management understanding.

  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
