JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven, energetic, and commercially minded Sales Executive to join a leading healthcare and wellness organization in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting the organization's healthcare and wellness services to corporate and individual clients. The role requires a strong understanding of sales strategy, customer engagement, market penetration, and revenue generation within the healthcare and wellness industry.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business and sales opportunities within the healthcare and wellness sector.
  • Promote and sell the organization's healthcare, wellness, and corporate service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, HMOs, healthcare partners, and individual clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, strategic partnerships, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and prospects.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and performance reports.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and business events.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or any related field from a reputable institution.

Professional Qualification:

  • Relevant sales or marketing certifications are an added advantage.
  • A background in healthcare, wellness, or hospital operations is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years' proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Prior experience within a healthcare, wellness, hospital, HMO, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
