Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Executive to lead the hospital's digital marketing, brand visibility, media relations, and communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing impactful digital campaigns, managing the hospital's online presence, driving patient engagement, coordinating internal communications, and maintaining a strong and positive brand image across all channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, storytelling, and strong communication skills within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and brand communication strategies.
- Manage and optimize the hospital's digital platforms including website, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Plan and execute engaging digital campaigns and healthcare awareness initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual communication across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and refine strategies for improved engagement and ROI.
2. Content Creation & Media Management
- Create compelling and informative content for blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative production activities for branding and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and regularly update the hospital website and digital communication channels.
- Manage online reputation by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, reviews, and public feedback.
3. Public Relations & Media Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and media organizations, journalists, and PR agencies.
- Draft press releases, media statements, and coordinate interviews and press coverage.
- Monitor media perception and proactively maintain a positive public image for the hospital.
4. Internal Communications & Corporate Events
- Coordinate internal communication materials including newsletters, announcements, and staff engagement updates.
- Support effective communication between management and employees.
- Plan, coordinate, and promote hospital events, CSR initiatives, community outreach programs, and health campaigns.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing and communication metrics including engagement, conversions, reach, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to improve marketing effectiveness and brand positioning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve a minimum 20% increase in social media engagement within 3 months.
- Deliver at least 10% growth in social media followers quarterly.
- Publish a minimum of 4 blog or health awareness posts monthly.
- Secure at least 1 media feature, publication, or interview quarterly.
- Maintain 90% positive public sentiment across media and online platforms.
- Submit consistent monthly communication and performance reports.
- Achieve an 80% staff satisfaction rate in internal communication surveys.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, or Public Relations.
- Experience within healthcare, hospitality, or service-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CIM, NIMN, or Digital Marketing Institute certifications will be an added advantage.
Technical & Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and social media management skills.
- Strong understanding of brand management and corporate communications.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
