Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and execution-driven Growth Officer to lead strategic growth initiatives within a fast-growing construction and real estate business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving platform adoption, increasing property acquisition volume, and accelerating revenue growth through data-driven strategies and scalable marketing systems.

This role requires a growth-focused professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM systems, analytics, and growth experimentation. The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, market expansion strategies, and digital growth within Nigeria's evolving tech and real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Expansion

  • Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Drive customer and revenue growth through structured digital and business growth initiatives.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities across the real estate and property acquisition lifecycle.
  • Develop market penetration strategies targeted at local and diaspora audiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute short-term and long-term growth objectives.

2. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Design and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and content platforms.
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Lead lead-generation initiatives and implement high-performing acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage content-led growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and growth efficiency.

3. CRM, Automation & Funnel Optimization

  • Implement and manage CRM systems and automation workflows including HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Build and optimize customer nurturing systems to improve engagement and lead conversion.
  • Identify and eliminate friction points across onboarding and customer journeys.
  • Improve customer lifecycle management through automation and behavioral segmentation.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation

  • Define, monitor, and report on key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, activation rates, churn, retention, LTV, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing and structured experimentation across ads, messaging, onboarding flows, pricing, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.

5. Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with developers, financial institutions, fintech companies, communities, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that support lead generation and market expansion.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to uncover emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support business expansion initiatives into new customer segments and regions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SSCE/WAEC, OND, HND, BSc, MSc, or MBA in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, business development, product-led growth, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks, customer acquisition funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, performance marketing, and content-driven growth.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's digital ecosystem, preferably within fintech, proptech, real estate, or fast-scaling technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record of improving growth KPIs including CAC, retention, engagement, conversion, and LTV.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
