Job Overview
we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing / Business Development Executive to strengthen its market presence and expand client partnerships across the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience marketing hospital or healthcare services, with the ability to identify, attract, and retain clients such as hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and HMOs. This role requires an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives targeted at healthcare institutions.

Identify and engage new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and HMOs.

Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

Present and promote company services effectively to prospective clients.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

Manage follow-ups, client feedback, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
Qualifications & Requirements

HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

2 - 4 years proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, or business development.

Strong persuasive, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of the Lagos healthcare market and client landscape.
