Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee pharmaceutical wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying opportunities, creating marketing strategies, and achieving revenue goals. A proven track record in business development, sales, team leadership, and expertise in customer relationship management, strategic marketing, and inventory management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure product availability

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and product lines

  • Negotiate fair contracts with vendors

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage

  • Prepare bids, proposals, and financial reports

  • Implement marketing strategies to boost sales

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives

  • Build relationships with small business owners and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance

  • Assist in acquisitions, financial analysis, and investment memorandums

  • Lead the LOI-to-close process, ensuring smooth transitions to operations

  • Mentor junior staff and maintain a collaborative team environment

Basic Qualifications & Selection Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field; advanced degrees are a plus

  • Experience: 7+ years in business development or sales, with experience in pharmaceutical and supply chain sectors

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
