Job Brief:
The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of development to ensure they meet consistent standards. This role includes performing visual inspections, recording quality issues, and planning processes to reduce defects. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits and inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data thoroughly to identify areas of improvement.
Develop strategies to enhance the production process.
Aim to maximize the organization's profitability.
Ensure all products undergo auditing and testing.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and thoroughly review existing policies and standards.
Review the organization's processes to ensure alignment with current policies.
Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.
Identify training requirements to meet quality standards.
Develop and monitor corrective measures.
Ensure proper documentation for all internal audits and quality assurance activities.
Plan, conduct, and monitor tests and inspections to ensure product quality.
Analyze data to find areas for improvement.
Working Conditions:
This position typically operates in an office environment and may require occasional visits to production facilities or other work sites.
Extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines or address urgent quality issues.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing is an added advantage.
Ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures.
Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies.
Certification programs in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Associate, Quality Auditor, and Quality Engineer.
Experience with quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, statistical process control, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
