About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounting and possess a solid understanding of accounting tools and processes. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

* Maintain accurate financial records and support in the preparation of financial reports.

* Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting policies and standards.

* Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory documentation.

* Handle petty cash and track expenses.

* Support senior accountants and management with various accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.

* Strong knowledge of accounting tools, software, and systems.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

* Must be smart, presentable, and professional.

* Ready to resume immediately.
