Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our eye clinic as a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive at our clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and check them in upon arrival.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.

Address patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

Perform data entry and manage patient databases.

Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.

Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or eye clinic setting.
