Job Description:
Our client a multi-specialist hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to drive business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and results.
Mentor and coach junior members of the business development team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Ability to travel as required.
