Job Description
Our client a leading provider of medical equipment and supplies in Nigeria committed to improving healthcare delivery by providing quality, innovative and affordable medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the healthcare industry.
The main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Promote and sell medical equipment and supplies to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in Victoria Island, Lekki and Ajah Lagos.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Education and Experiences
- Must have completed an undergraduate degree program
- Must have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in healthcare sales.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing excellent patient experience.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job
- Good inter-personal skills and good networking abilities in the domestic and diplomatic community
