About Our Client:
Our client is a renowned Recycling Company in Nigeria, specializing in transforming waste tyres into eco-friendly, reusable materials like rubber mats, rubber tiles, and other molded products for homes, offices, playgrounds, and gyms. The company is expanding its 3,600 Tonne per annum rubber recycling facility in Apata, Ibadan, with raw materials sourced from Lagos.

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will drive the companys sales initiatives, developing and executing strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and achieving revenue goals. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented leader with a strategic mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in growing the client base, exceeding sales quotas, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sustainable growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring regular training and performance assessments.
  • Market & Customer Relationship Management: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and develop strong client relationships.
  • Reporting & Budget Management: Provide timely sales forecasts and ensure budget management.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales procedures and enhance team efficiency for improved conversion rates.
  • Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring: Set clear targets, monitor performance, and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: HND/B.Sc. in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience, with 3 years in senior sales roles such as Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager.
  • Skills: Strong sales track record, leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven approach.
