Tool Room Mechanic

Job Title: Tool Room Mechanic (Applicant must have worked in India Company)

We are seeking an experienced Tool Room Mechanic to join our team in Asaba. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of work experience in mold repairs, preferably within an Indian company. This role requires expertise in at least one trade within the tool room, such as Lathe machine operation, Milling, or Welding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mold issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Operate tool room equipment including Lathe machines, Milling machines, and Welding tools.
• Fabricate and modify mold components as needed to meet production specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure molds are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in mold repairs within an Indian company.
• Proficiency in at least one trade in the tool roomLathe machine operation, Milling, or Welding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
