As we continue to expand, we are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to support our executive operations and day-to-day administration.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the MD, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and representing the MD in professional engagements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.

Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD and prepare accurate minutes.

Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

Conduct research, prepare reports, and presentations as required.

Organize company events, meetings, and other executive functions.

Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

2 - 4 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate or a corporate setting.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality.

Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
