Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: 150,000 -170,000 monthly (net)

We are a fast-growing and innovative real estate firm based in Lekki, Lagos, with a track record of delivering premium residential and commercial property solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to support our executive operations and day-to-day administration.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the MD, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and representing the MD in professional engagements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.

  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD and prepare accurate minutes.

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and presentations as required.

  • Organize company events, meetings, and other executive functions.

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate or a corporate setting.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality.

  • Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
