Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and execute our company's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate, technology, or Pro-Tech industries, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and partnership development.

  • Market Expansion:
    Identify and pursue new business avenues and partnerships locally and internationally. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the real estate and technology ecosystem.

  • Relationship Management:
    Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, investors, and industry influencers. Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Partner with the Sales team to identify target markets and key accounts. Track and manage performance to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
    Stay current with market trends, innovations, and competitor movements. Provide actionable insights to maintain competitive edge.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align offerings with market needs and business goals.

  • Team Leadership:
    Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team. Set clear KPIs, provide coaching, and drive accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 4 years in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Experience in Pro-Tech, real estate, or tech-driven environments is preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the Pro-Tech landscape and real estate trends. Familiarity with digital property solutions and technology tools used in real estate is an advantage.

  • Strategic & Results-Driven:
    Proven ability to design and implement strategic growth plans. Demonstrated success in revenue generation and strategic deal-making.

  • Strong Communicator:
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Negotiation Expertise:
    Skilled in handling complex negotiations and closing high-value partnerships.

  • Leadership:
    Ability to lead and develop a team towards achieving organizational goals.

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
