Customer Service Executive (Male Preferred)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 150,000 - 170,000 per month

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Male) to join our team. A leading player in the Nigerian real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

- Provide accurate and timely information about our properties and services.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in any field, with a focus on customer service or a related field an added advantage.

- *Experience:* 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.

- *Skills:*

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- *Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.*
