Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our fashion house. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, strong managerial skills, and a basic understanding of accounting. You will oversee the tailoring team, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the tailoring team.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production deadlines.
• Train and guide tailors to improve skills and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design team to meet garment specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and budget management.
• Resolve any issues related to production promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fashion industry.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with a keen attention to detail.
