Job Description:

As the Vendor and Operations Specialist at Zenrox, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our network of medical equipment vendors across Lagos.

Your practical experience in healthcare settings will be invaluable as you help us identify and engage with potential suppliers, supporting our asset-light business model and contributing to Zenrox's mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities

Build and maintain relationships with medical equipment suppliers across Lagos

Create and maintain a comprehensive database of vendors, including their specialties, product ranges, and contact information

Collaborate with the Sales team to understand product requirements and source appropriate vendors

Assist in the initial negotiation process with new vendors

Provide insights on hospital and laboratory operations to inform Zenrox's product offerings and strategies

Navigate Lagos efficiently to maximize field productivityWork independently to achieve vendor recruitment and relationship targets

Provide regular reports on vendor sourcing activities and market insights

Qualifications:

OND, HND, or BSc degree in a health-related field (e.g., Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering)

Practical experience working in hospitals, laboratories, or other healthcare settings

Strong understanding of medical equipment and hospital/laboratory operations

Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks and ability to navigate efficiently

Strong communication and relationship-building skillsBasic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary and Incentives:

Base Salary: 90,000 per month

Annual Total: 1,440,000Performance Bonuses: Up to 15% of annual salary based on achieving vendor recruitment targets and providing valuable market insight

Additional Incentives: Opportunity for salary increase to 110,000 base after 6 months, based on exceptional performance
