Job Summary

As the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers, the ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer support, handle enquiries, manage complaints, process orders, and assist with in-store operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for fashion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and in-store.

  • Provide information about products, pricing, and availability.

  • Assist customers in selecting clothing items and completing purchases.

  • Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

  • Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • 2 - 4 years experience in customer service or retail, preferably in fashion or clothing.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.

  • Knowledge or interest in mens fashion is a plus.

  • Must live within Lekki or its environs.
