Job Summary
As the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers, the ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer support, handle enquiries, manage complaints, process orders, and assist with in-store operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for fashion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and in-store.

Provide information about products, pricing, and availability.

Assist customers in selecting clothing items and completing purchases.

Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements

OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

2 - 4 years experience in customer service or retail, preferably in fashion or clothing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.

Knowledge or interest in mens fashion is a plus.

Must live within Lekki or its environs.
