Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn and grow within the Human Resource field.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

* Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.

* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

* Help organize employee engagement and development activities.

* Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.

* Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.

* 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work well in a team and independently.

* Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

* Male candidates are preferred for this position due to team requirements.

* Knowledge of HR software or systems is an advantage.
