**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to oversee our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the plastic or FMCG industry, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, customer satisfaction, and sales team performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Order Management:** Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact customers/channel partners to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- **Coordination:** Liaise with the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Reporting:** Prepare monthly sales reports as desired by seniors (region-wise, product-wise, channel partners-wise, etc.).
- **Sales Team Oversight:** Monitor the sales teams progress, identify shortcomings, and inform/update the reporting manager.
- **Target Achievement:** Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- **Customer Support:** Respond to complaints from customers/channel partners and provide after-sales support when requested.
- **Communication:** Inform customers/channel partners of unforeseen delays or problems in executing and/or dispatching the order.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- **Promotional Activities:** Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and/or events.
- **Payment Management:** Ensure payments are received as per pre-decided credit terms, send reminders, and follow up with channel partners/customers.
- **Data Analysis:** Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect them.
- **Consumer Insights:** Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- **Feedback Communication:** Communicate important feedback from customers/channel partners with the sales team and concerned departments.
- **Record Maintenance:** Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- **Sales Forecasting:** Forecast sales for respective customers/channel partners.
**Qualifications:**
- HND/BA in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5-10 years experience as a sales representative in the plastic or FMCG industry.
