Location: Alimosho / Egbeda / Dopemu / Abule-Egba, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦155,000/month + uncapped commission + transport allowance

We are a fast-growing medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our product portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.

As part of our Lagos expansion strategy, we are deploying dedicated field representatives across major healthcare corridors to deepen market penetration and drive territory growth.

The Opportunity

The Alimosho–Egbeda corridor represents a high-density and rapidly growing healthcare market with significant untapped potential. The territory includes a broad mix of private clinics, general hospitals, maternity centres, and community healthcare facilities.

This role offers a strong pipeline-building opportunity for a motivated sales professional ready to establish and grow a high-potential territory from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territory

  • Conduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across Alimosho, Egbeda, and surrounding areas

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale follow-up

  • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target

  • Onboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per month

  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, pipeline updates)

  • Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurement

  • Capture and update facility data (GPS coordinates, contact details, equipment inventory) within the CRM system

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 1 year B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products

  • Must reside in Alimosho, Egbeda, Dopemu, Abule-Egba, or surrounding areas

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with doctors, procurement officers, and clinic owners

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment

  • Smartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing relationships with hospitals or clinics within the Alimosho/Egbeda corridor

  • Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related discipline

  • Experience using CRM tools and digital reporting platforms
