Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Office Assistant / Janitor to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility Maintenance & Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces, restrooms, pantry, and common areas
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
- Clean office furniture, equipment, and surfaces regularly
Office Support Duties
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Run office errands as required (dispatch, purchases, etc.)
- Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings and official engagements
- Support staff with minor operational needs
Inventory & Supplies Management
- Monitor office and pantry supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain proper storage and organization of cleaning materials and office supplies
- Track usage of cleaning items and report shortages
Maintenance & Safety
- Support minor maintenance tasks when required
- Promptly report faults, damages, or safety hazards within the office
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and health standards
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of OND or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Office Assistant, Janitor, or similar role
Core Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and discipline
- Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning tasks
- Honest, dependable, and maintains a positive work attitude
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
