Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise client base, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized connectivity and ICT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B sales expertise, technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to build long-term client partnerships within the ICT and telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and ICT services.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with company goals and market dynamics.

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.

  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to enterprise-specific needs.

  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales activity reports, and performance insights.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.

  • Manage proposals, contracts, documentation, and onboarding processes.

  • Provide post-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

  • 3-5 years proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales within ICT, telecom, or connectivity solutions.

  • Strong technical knowledge of leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles (lead generation to deal closure).

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
