Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Management Officer to join our dynamic telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, and driving overall client satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and align with business objectives.

Manage client accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and continued engagement.

Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Identify and execute opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Provide regular reports on account performance, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct proactive client engagement calls, surveys, and follow-ups to track satisfaction and identify service gaps.

Manage and resolve escalated client issues efficiently and professionally.

Drive initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients and re-engaging inactive accounts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and agreements in CRM systems.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role within telecommunications or related industries.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
