Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Management Officer to join our dynamic telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, and driving overall client satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and align with business objectives.

  • Manage client accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and continued engagement.

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Identify and execute opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies.

  • Provide regular reports on account performance, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct proactive client engagement calls, surveys, and follow-ups to track satisfaction and identify service gaps.

  • Manage and resolve escalated client issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Drive initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients and re-engaging inactive accounts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and agreements in CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role within telecommunications or related industries.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
