We are a leading medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our offerings include diagnostic imaging, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables. With over 500,000 items delivered, we are expanding our field sales team to cover all major healthcare corridors in Lagos.
The Opportunity
This role covers the high-growth Ajah–Lekki–Epe corridor, including over 200 healthcare facilities, many newly established and actively equipping. You will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships, and represent the company in this rapidly developing territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve minimum monthly sales targets
Conduct at least 5 facility visits per day across the territory
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, pitching, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target
Onboard at least 5 new client facilities per month
Submit daily sales reports including visits, quotes, orders, and pipeline updates
Identify and escalate capital equipment, turnkey project, and bulk procurement opportunities
Represent the company at local healthcare events, conferences, and hospital open days
Capture facility data (GPS coordinates, contact details, equipment inventory) for the CRM
Requirements
Must-Have
1+ years of B2B field sales experience (medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products preferred)
Resident of Ajah, Sangotedo, Lekki Phase 2, Epe, or surrounding areas with deep local knowledge
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills with doctors, procurement officers, and hospital administrators
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Smartphone with reliable internet for daily reporting
Nice-to-Have
Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centres in the corridor
Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related healthcare discipline
Experience with CRM tools and digital sales reporting
Knowledge of medical equipment categories: diagnostics, imaging, laboratory, surgical, consumables
