We are a fast-growing medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our portfolio spans diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.

As part of our continued expansion across major healthcare corridors in Lagos, we are strengthening our field sales presence in key growth zones.

The Opportunity

This role covers the Ikorodu–Gbagada–Ketu corridor, a rapidly developing healthcare axis in Lagos with a strong mix of general hospitals, private clinics, diagnostic centres, and community health facilities.

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships, driving territory growth, and establishing a strong pipeline within this high-potential market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territory

  • Conduct a minimum of five (5) facility visits daily across the corridor

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale follow-up

  • Maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target

  • Onboard a minimum of five (5) new client facilities per month

  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, and pipeline updates)

  • Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurement

  • Capture and update facility data (GPS coordinates, contacts, equipment inventory) within the CRM system

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 1 year B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products

  • Must reside within Ikorodu, Gbagada, Ketu, Alapere, Mile 12, or surrounding areas

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with doctors, procurement officers, and healthcare administrators

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment

  • Smartphone with reliable internet access for daily digital reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centres within the corridor

  • Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related discipline

  • Experience using CRM tools and digital reporting platforms
