Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executives for a leading healthcare technology company with operations across Nigeria. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 -5  years of proven experience in selling medical equipment, diagnostics, or laboratory solutions, and a strong passion for improving healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while expanding market reach.

  • Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive advantage.

  • Provide excellent after-sales service, technical support, and client follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated sales experience within the Nigerian healthcare sector, with solid knowledge of medical equipment or diagnostics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently with minimal supervision.
