We are a rapidly expanding medical equipment procurement company serving over 1,000 hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clinics nationwide. Our portfolio includes diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, and medical consumables. With over 500,000 items delivered, we are scaling our field sales team to cover all major healthcare corridors across Nigeria.

The Opportunity

The Victoria Island–Ikoyi–Lekki Phase 1 corridor is a high-value healthcare zone with 300+ facilities, including premium private hospitals, specialist centres, and diagnostic labs. This role requires a polished, professional representative to engage C-suite procurement decision-makers and clinicians. It offers high visibility, strong earning potential, and the chance to build lasting relationships in one of Nigerias most competitive healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum monthly sales target across the VI/Ikoyi/Lekki Phase 1 territory

  • Conduct at least five (5) facility visits per day

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, facility mapping, pitching, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up

  • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline of at least 3x monthly revenue target

  • Onboard at least five (5) new client facilities per month

  • Submit daily sales reports (visits, quotes, orders, pipeline updates)

  • Identify and escalate opportunities for capital equipment, turnkey projects, and bulk procurement

  • Capture facility data (GPS coordinates, contact details, equipment inventory) for the CRM

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 1+ years of B2B field sales experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, or healthcare products

  • Resident of VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, or able to commute daily to the territory

  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong relationship-building skills with doctors, procurement officers, and hospital administrators

  • Smartphone with reliable internet for daily digital reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing relationships with hospitals, specialist clinics, or diagnostic centres in VI/Ikoyi/Lekki

  • Background in biomedical sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related healthcare discipline

  • Experience with CRM tools and digital reporting
