Compensation: ₦3.4 Million net monthly + performance-based incentives

Role Overview
The Country Manager, Nigeria is the senior executive responsible for building, leading, and scaling our company's operations across enterprise digital infrastructure, financial technology, insurtech solutions, cloud services, and enterprise automation.
This revenue-focused, builder-leader role owns Nigerias P&L and is accountable for:
Zoho software sales & implementation
Core banking, digital lending, cards, and fintech platforms
Insurtech solutions for banks, insurers, and financial institutions
Cloud solutions with emphasis on Microsoft Azure
Enterprise automation, data & analytics
Hardware & managed services
The Country Manager will also support PayOs at a strategic partnership level only, maintaining a clear separation from CodeBytes enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & P&L Ownership
Own Nigeria revenue targets and P&L performance
Define and execute the Nigeria go-to-market strategy
Drive sales across Zoho, core banking & digital lending, cards/payment technology, insurtech platforms, Azure cloud solutions, and hardware/managed IT services
Personally lead and close high-value deals (₦100M+)
2. Zoho Business Solutions Leadership
Grow CodeBytes Zoho practice in Nigeria
Lead enterprise sales and implementations of Zoho CRM, HR, Finance, Projects, Analytics & Zoho One
Ensure high-quality delivery and customer success
Position CodeBytes as a trusted enterprise Zoho partner
3. Financial Services & Insurtech Solutions
Lead sales of core banking, digital lending, card solutions, and insurtech platforms
Build relationships with banks, insurers, fintech, and insurtech firms
Collaborate with solution architects to deliver compliant, scalable systems
4. Cloud & Digital Infrastructure (Azure-Led)
Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure solutions, hybrid cloud, and managed services
Collaborate with global cloud partners and OEMs
Position CodeBytes as a secure, enterprise-grade cloud partner
5. Strategic Partnerships & Market Presence
Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, insurers, government MDAs, corporates, and global technology partners
Represent CodeBytes at industry events, conferences, and regulatory engagements
Lead executive-level negotiations
6. Team Leadership & Operations
Build and lead Nigeria teams in sales, solution consulting, implementation, operations, and customer support
Set KPIs, targets, and accountability frameworks
Ensure efficient execution of projects and service delivery
7. Public Sector & Enterprise Engagement
Lead RFP, RFQ, and tender responses
Manage long enterprise and public-sector sales cycles
Ensure governance, procurement, and compliance standards are met
8. Relationship with PayOs (Strategic Support Only)
Support PayOs through bank partnerships, enterprise integrations, and strategic B2B relationships
No operational management of PayOs consumer or merchant-facing business
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Nigeria revenue growth across all solution lines
Zoho software sales & successful implementations
Number of banks, insurers, and enterprises onboarded
Cloud (Azure) adoption and managed services revenue
Pipeline size, deal conversion rate, and customer retention
Team performance and stability
Required Experience & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage
Experience:
15–19+ years in senior leadership and enterprise sales roles
Proven experience selling enterprise software (Zoho or similar), banking & fintech platforms, insurtech solutions, and cloud services (Microsoft Azure)
Demonstrated success closing large enterprise/public-sector deals (₦100M+)
Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex sales cycles
Industry Network (Critical):
Strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, bank & insurance executives, government decision-makers, and heads of IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement
