Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse to join a fast-growing healthcare and wellness clinic in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with a strong passion for aesthetics, skin health, and wellness, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality clinical and aesthetic care in a professional environment.

This role is ideal for a nurse with excellent interpersonal skills, strong clinical competence, and a commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and continuous learning within the aesthetics and cosmetic healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures under clinical supervision
• Conduct patient assessments, vital checks, and pre/post-treatment care
• Provide professional support during non-surgical aesthetic procedures and treatments
• Administer IV therapies, injections, and other nursing-related clinical procedures where required
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety at all times
• Monitor patients during and after treatments, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up care
• Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, recovery processes, and wellness recommendations
• Ensure proper preparation and sterilization of treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support inventory monitoring and ensure adequate availability of medical consumables and clinical supplies
• Build and maintain positive patient relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic nursing and skincare

Requirements & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
• Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, cosmetic healthcare, or clinical practice
• Strong venepuncture and cannulation skills are mandatory
• Knowledge of skincare treatments, wellness procedures, and aesthetic patient care is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills
• Professional, discreet, emotionally intelligent, and customer-focused
• Ability to work effectively in a structured clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety standards
• Willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics and wellness industry
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and clinical documentation

• Experience assisting with aesthetic procedures and cosmetic treatments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good understanding of infection control and healthcare compliance standards
• Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced clinical setting
