Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership, revenue generation, and operational direction for the organization.

The CEO will be responsible for executing board-approved strategies, driving enterprise sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and scaling recurring telecom revenue streams across Nigeria.

This is a performance-driven executive role requiring a proven leader capable of securing large enterprise telecom deals, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires strong commercial leadership, deep telecom industry relationships, and experience closing high-value enterprise contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Execute the board-approved enterprise telecom strategy and ensure alignment with long-term growth objectives.

  • Position the organization as a trusted enterprise connectivity and telecom infrastructure partner across Nigeria.

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans, expansion strategies, and market penetration initiatives.

  • Provide executive leadership and direction across sales, operations, technology, and support functions.

  • Establish a performance-driven organizational culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Lead aggressive enterprise business development initiatives to secure high-value telecom contracts.

  • Achieve an annual revenue target of ₦1.5 Billion within the first year.

  • Secure enterprise clients across key sectors including:

    • Financial Institutions

    • Government Agencies

    • Oil & Gas

    • Technology Companies

    • Real Estate Developers

    • Large SMEs

  • Drive sales across the following service lines:

    • Enterprise internet connectivity

    • Managed network services

    • Telecom infrastructure deployment

    • Data services

    • Telecom hardware and enterprise devices

  • Establish strategic partnerships with Tier-1 telecom operators and data center providers.

  • Identify and capitalize on new enterprise telecom opportunities across Nigeria.

3. Operations & Corporate Governance

  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors.

  • Maintain transparent sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and operational dashboards.

  • Oversee the successful deployment and delivery of enterprise telecom projects.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Nigerian telecommunications laws and industry standards.

  • Implement effective risk management and operational control frameworks.

4. Talent & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, engineering, operations, and support functions.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top enterprise telecom professionals.

  • Implement performance management systems and departmental KPIs.

  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on high performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The CEO will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

  • Successful enterprise deal acquisition prior to and after resumption

  • Achievement of ₦1.5 Billion annual revenue target

  • Number of strategic telecom and infrastructure partnerships secured

  • Growth of enterprise customer base and recurring revenue streams

  • Client satisfaction and retention rates

  • Successful deployment and delivery of enterprise telecom solutions

  • Organizational performance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 18–20 years of progressive experience in telecommunications, enterprise technology, or software solutions.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals within Nigeria or across Africa.

  • Strong background in enterprise sales, telecom infrastructure, or network services.

  • Demonstrated experience in executive leadership and organizational management.

  • Extensive professional network across corporate, telecom, and government sectors.

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across technical, operational, and commercial functions.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to structure complex commercial deals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Net Salary: ₦4,000,000

  • Sales Commission: Performance-based commission on enterprise deals

  • Equity Participation: 5% company equity vesting over 4 years

Conditions of Resumption

To ensure immediate commercial impact and alignment with the companys growth objectives:

  • The selected candidate must present a signed enterprise contract generating a minimum of ₦75 Million in net income prior to formally assuming the CEO role.

  • This requirement demonstrates the candidates ability to immediately drive enterprise revenue and strategic growth.
