Technical Solutions Manager C&I Energy Storage

We are looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to work closely with our sales team and clients to design and implement tailored C&I energy storage solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring technical feasibility, optimizing system performance, and supporting large-scale EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and customized energy storage solutions for C&I projects.
• Work closely with EPCs, distributors, and key clients to define system architecture and project specifications.
• Conduct on-site assessments, technical presentations, and training for partners and customers.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Support sales in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions.
• Work with R&D and product teams to relay market needs and technical feedback.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy storage, power electronics, or renewable energy systems.
• Strong EPC and distributor network with proven project sales experience.
• Sales-oriented, extraverted, and open-minded personality with a strong drive for results.
• Technical expertise in battery storage, inverters, and grid connection requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with Chinese business culture.
• Fluent in  Dutch and English.
