Job Title: Field Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Germany

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and product development to ensure successful integration of technical solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions through system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support customers on-site during system implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt products to specific customer needs.
• Develop application notes, market analyses, and maintain documentation for technical projects.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product development.
• Ability to develop a design to integrate solar and storage solutions into projects including all electrical calculations needed
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Modbus) and hardware systems (e.g., RF technology, IoT).
• Strong knowledge of standards like VDE 4110, TOR B, etc that are relevant for DACH markets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
