About the Role:
As a Solution Manager Nordics you will be responsible for supporting Sigenergy customers during installation, maintenance and repair of devices of the Sigenergy product portfolio. Your aim is to ensure that customers can make optimum use of the products offered and are satisfied with the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, providing in-depth knowledge of Sigenergys products and solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for customers and partners to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their needs.
- Analyse customer requirements and design optimal solutions using Sigenergys portfolio of energy storage and inverter systems.
- Collaborate with HQ and R&D teams to ensure proposed solutions align with product specifications and performance standards.
- Provide input on market-specific product needs to guide product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, wholesalers, and project developers.
- Support customers during the decision-making process by addressing technical questions and offering expert advice.
- Assist with project implementation to ensure seamless delivery and operation of products.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to expand market share in the Nordics.
- Share feedback from customers and partners to inform product improvements and innovation.
- Provide technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance product understanding and support sales growth.
- Organize training sessions on installation, operation, and maintenance of Sigenergy systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PV solar & ESS industry, with a focus on solution design and project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Fluency in English & Swedish; Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Nordics region as required.
