Regional Service Manager Energy Storage (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead post-sales service operations for both C&I and residential energy storage products. This role ensures best-in-class customer support, oversees technical service teams, and drives service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service strategy, technical support, and after-sales operations across the region.
  • Manage and develop service engineers and field technicians.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalation.
  • Develop and implement installer training programs.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve product reliability.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service management, preferably in energy storage or power electronics.
  • Proven experience in customer care, service strategy development, and technical support.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
  • Fluent in German and English.
