Objectives of this Role:
- Source senior-level, highly specialized candidates for leading global businesses, covering US/Canada/UK/AUS and other International markets.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure the presentation of the best quality candidates.
- Consult with supervisors on overall hiring strategies and customize your approach accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to evaluate candidates against industry-standard assessments.
- Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts.
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and attract the best professionals.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with employers to understand role requirements and source the most suitable candidates.
- Craft and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Set-up and maintain the candidate CRM to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, updating candidate data regularly.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to expand your network within the IT field.
- Stay updated with new technological trends to engage in strategic conversations with clients about future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
- Technical expertise with the ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
- Has an existing wide network of IT professionals on Linkedin, especially for Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Ruby, PHP, Linux, Windows Server, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts).
- Hands-on experience with various ATS (e.g., Manatal)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong tenacity and the ability to build a solid professional network.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or client development roles.
