2. Cloud Support: Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow instances and cloud-based environments, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.
3. Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and interfaces to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
4. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools, optimizing data flow and ensuring consistent data synchronization.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, development guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working or has capability on Service Now and other expertise listed below:
  - Agile practices (e.g. SAFE, Scrum)
  - Angular or React JS
  - Rest API
  - ATF, Selenium
• Must be proficient in:
  - Business analysis and Design
  - Server/infrastructure administration
  - ITIL
• Has a college degree in Computer Science, I.T. and Computer and Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Excellent English communication skills.
